What Shipping Methods Are Available?
We use UPS for shipping within USA. Upon placing an order you will receive an email confirmation from email@example.com summarizing your order details. Please allow 1-2 business days for our team to process your order and when UPS collects the package you will receive an email from UPS.com providing your tracking number. We are pleased to offer complimentary FREE ground shipping on all US domestic orders. For express service, please see our rates below. Deliveries are made Monday through Friday excluding Holidays. Orders placed after 12 pm will start being processed on the next business day. Business days are considered Monday through Friday excluding holidays.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes! We do have select items that are eligible for international shipping. Check out all items eligible for international shipping here! Each product listing has a label to indicate at a quick glance whether or not the item ships within the U.S. or if it's eligible to ship internationally.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
UPS standard shipping will take 3 to 4 days.
What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
We accept: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal. If you have a PayPal account, please choose PayPal to complete your payment. If you don't have a PayPal account, you can also pay via PayPal. (You don't need a PayPal account for this) Simply choose Paypal from the payment methods at the checkout page and provide your card information in "Pay with a debit or credit card " option, then you can pay with your card also.
Is your website safe?
Absolutely, yes. On any page where you are asked to enter your address, phone number or credit card information, we use a secure server that keeps your information safe. Just look for the little lock in your browser window.
Order & Retunrs
How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
Yes, we are able to cancel most orders within 24 hours of the order being placed. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to see if your order is eligible for cancellation.
How Can I Return a Product?
If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can make a return and obtain full refund of the merchandise value subject to the following terms: Returns must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase by emailing to customer service per instructions below to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) number. Returned merchandise must be in perfect original condition and not have been used, laundered or altered in any way. Please print a copy of the email with the RMA number with return and order confirmation information on it and include in your package. Also include a copy of the packing slip you would have received with your order. Each individual item returned must be re-packed separately in its original labeled packaging (which must be returned) or similar protective packaging. Please pack items to be returned in an appropriate shipping box and seal securely. Please be sure to ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking .
